Back at full strength, for one week at least, it’s SSWL episode 223. This week the guys chat about various stories in movies and video games.
In movies/TV, there’s a Power Rangers marathon of the Mighty Morphin variety on the Twitch Presents channel, Venom movies news and speculation, a new Netflix rating system, and Dan Trachtenberg’s new project Space Race.
In video games, there’s a long discussion about Horizon Zero Dawn and The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, some gaming related Patreons you should…patron, and some talk about Colin Moriarty leaving Kinda Funny Games.
As per yooj, thanks for the support any way you choo choo choose to show it. We really appreciate the views, downloads, listens, and shares. Enjoy the show.

After what has felt like a lifetime, all three of the boys were back together doing what they started 6 years ago – discussing some shit they like. Bryce and Rick reviewed John Wick: Chapter 2 and Mike got us caught up on what has been on his mind these past few weeks.

What else did we banter about? I’m not going to spell out the entire show for you. Give us a listen and find out!

This week, Rick reports from New Jersey with guest co-host Ryan O’Leary. While together, they went on a lovely movie date and saw 20th Century Women, which was written and directed by Mike Mills. If you want to hear their full review and thoughts, then this is probably an episode you don’t want to miss!

Later, Dan Herman joined the show to discuss the Oscar nominations with Ryan and Rick.

Rick will be back from his treacherous New Jersey journey next week, so that likely means the triumphant returns of both Bryce and Mike! Thanks for listening and be sure to subscribe to us on iTunes or Stitcher.

Before giving their thoughts on the Nintendo Switch,
Rick and Bryce talk a little Star Wars news, watch a trailer about cannibalism (Raw) and another about embedded phone fragments (iBoy).

Unfortunately, Mike was unable to join us this week to chime in, but he will be back soon. As always, thank you for any support and feedback. We welcome and appreciate it!
