This weeks episode is NOT 100. Its all about E3. Although we are Bryceless this week, we called up Brian from ShotGaming to discuss what we all liked and disliked about this years conference. Although I don’t live in the UK, I have seen seasons 1-4 of Skins. I absolutely love the first group from season one and two. When season three came, they brought in new faces, except for Effy, who was Tony’s sisters. She was the only one who was in all four seasons and the only reason I still watched seasons three and four. I tried to watch five, but I just could not get into it.

I don’t usually like to use the word groundbreaking, but that is what this show was. Skins covered issues such as drug use, sex, strong profanity, and other hot topics that most shows would shy away from. Of course the reason for that is because they were teenagers. MTV tried to make an American version of this show and it failed. Although it was good on a few levels, it just couldn’t match the uncensored UK version.

Trailers for every season are directed in a very unique and storytelling way. This will be the return of Effy, Cassie, and Cook, which they are naming the episodes Fire, Pure and Rise. I just sure as hell hope that Sid found Cassie and that we get at least one scene with Effy and Tony. I am sure the biggest question on everyone’s mind is what happened in that basement with Cook too!

Wow, what a start to the final season of Burn Notice. I can’t believe that the show has gotten to seven seasons and 100 episodes. We get to see deal that Michael Westin has made to get his friends free. Also we see, what everyone has been up to and a few new characters appear in the mix. Someone from Spartacus the gods of area is one of the new villains, Nick Tarabay who played Ashur. If you have seen that show, you will know his character will do anything to get what he wants.  Another villain is an old friend and co-work of Michael Westin. The episode takes place in two locations, miami and the dominican republic. We also see Michael Westin speak better spanish, compared to past seasons.  I can’t wait to see what the next episode will bring.

Coverage of Impact, Smackdown, Slammiversary, and Raw are all jammed into this week’s edition of The Wrestling Buddies. The show brings back Clark Gregg to reprise his role as Agent Phil Coulson. Agent Coulson will gather a team of special agents to investigate the strange and unknown. The cast will include: Ming-Na Wen, Brett Dalton Chloe Bennet, Lain De Caestecker and Elizabeth Henstridge. I can’t wait for the premier and I highly recommend people to watch. As you know from watching The Avengers, an ensemble cast is what Whedon does best.

So we’re a day later this week, but with WrestleMania happening this past Sunday there was a lot more to cover than usual. With that said, we brought in some help in the form of Dan Herman (Himself) to not only aid us in our coverage, but to also give us a live perspective since he attended both WrestleMania and the following night’s Raw.

It is now confirmed that Burn Notice Season 7 will start on June 6. I can’t wait till the summer starts. This news came from Jeffery Donovan’s personal twitter feed on April 3rd. He has been tweeting some filming locations of the upcoming season. Like in the tweet, Burn Notice fans can now mark their calendars.

The most important podcast you’ll hear this week is coincidentally taking place the same week as the biggest show of the year. That’s right! The Wrestling Buddies X is finally here and on this episode we help set the mood by sharing some of our favorite WrestleManias of all time. After that, we motorboat through a little TNA and then switch right back to the WrestleMania theme, running down the full lineup with predictions as well as dissecting the build to the show.

Supporter and friend of the show Dan Herman joins us all the way from the East Coast (via Skype) and tells us about some of his background as a wrestling fan. Also, we praise, question, and gripe about the latest both TNA and WWE had to offer over the past week.

This week we come at you live (on Sunday) from the SSWL studios. For that reason, the sound qualitiy is kind of bad, but you can still hear everything fine. To make up for it, the awesome director, Ryan O’Leary joined us IN PERSON! (Video coming soon.) Without a format we just shoot the shit, drink some beers and have some fun.

So I bet you thought you wouldn’t see another episode of Hanging with you did ya? Well, this week Rick is hanging out with Ryan O’Leary to give some post Oscar talk. Did we enjoy it? Did Seth MacFarlane suck? Was the Boob song out of line and not funny? Find out and come hang with us.

On this week’s show, Mike and Bryce dissect the latest in the world of wrestling and talk about some of their personal favorite championship title designs and also some that they found rather offensive (that was how we described the ones we did not like for whatever reason). Whether it was the shape, the look of the plates on the leather strap, or association with childhood memories, many reasons were given for their choices, but perhaps none greater than Mike’s for the WWE Undisputed Championship and that was… The Undertaker and what might be the greatest wrestler entrance song of all time. A new season of Psych is starting February 27th on the USA network. Last season had some good surprises and we got to see more of Spencer and Juliet O’ Hara’s relationship blooming. We also got to see some old characters returning for another great appearance. In the last season, we saw a good number of great guest star appearances from big stars. From the few official trailers, it seems that this season will be more dramatic and crime solvery. Since, Spencer’s dad was attacked and he is recovering in the hospital. I wonder what other mysteries, will they solve and who is on the guest star list for this season. I can’t wait for this new season to start.

It was a good day to die hard when we recorded #91 and to celebrate that fact, Rick gave us his thoughts on the newest entry into the Die Hard franchise which coincidentally enough is appropriately titled, A Good Day to Die Hard. That would do it for the movie portion of the show this week and while unfortunate that we did not have a food segment as we did on #90, we made up for it by talking about what a boring, dull, and uneventful week it was in the world of video games… AND the Playstation 4, which apparently is a new console from Sony Computer Entertainment. I suppose new console announcements are kind of a big deal, though I defy you to find one that takes place in a room filled with rich mahogany and contains many leather bound books. You will not succeed, so instead we are left with a conference full of demo videos and spec sheets like the ones we covered below in this week’s episode of SSWL.

Also, there is a bit of discussion on the different looks of WWE Championships sprinkled throughout the show as well as a little too much talk about Samoa Joe’s choice of ring gear…yikes. The trailer made me chuckle a bit, but I didn’t really find it that funny. I feel it landed kind of short on the jokes. I just don’t understand how these characters don’t know who Professor Xavier is. They seem to be the type of people who would have got that it was a joke. Either way, I will be looking forward to this because I am a fan of Vince Vaughn. The movie comes out June 7th 2013.

This week on TV’s Now On, Michael travels across the pond on vacation, or as they say in the UK, “on holiday.” So we pulled Bryce in for the full podcast trifecta. That’s right folks, you get Bryce on three different shows this week. Rick and Bryce talk about what they have been watching recently. They also cover what Neflix is doing with their new business model of releasing original content all at once and how YouTube may start a paid subscription service as well. They cap it off with a review of House of Cards and the return of The Walking Dead. Get ready cause the TV’s Now On!

I’m still interested to see this move. I’m still pulling for it. There is another film that is in the works by Aaron Sorkin based on the book Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson. That one, I am in much more anticipation for!

It’s been a while, since we’ve seen Neil getting into any cons or finding out about his past. In the last season, we saw Neil’s old friend Ellen die while trying to give Neil more information about his father. Ellen give Neil a name of a person who was a CI and knew his father, his name is Sam. Neil found him and tried to gain his trust to see what kind of information, he had about his father. Mozzie and Peter are not too sure about this guy and try to convince Neil to stay away from him. In the event that you haven’t seen the last season,this might a spoiler but you have a lot time to catch up…lazy ass. We also found that CI guy  Sam was Neil’s father after all. So, with this new season starting, I wonder what new surprise will come up in this new season. The new season begins January 22nd on the USA NETWORK.
